¶ Phenomenon 1:
When printing some models, the motor loses pace and prints in the air.
¶ reason:
Slicing problem or incomplete gcode
¶ solution:
Use the slicing software provided in the SD card to re-slice and then try printing.
¶ Phenomenon 2:
When printing all models, the motor will lose steps and print in the air.
¶ reason:
Belt stretch, firmware problem, SD damage, drive block overheating or voltage too low
¶ solution:
¶ (1) SD card problem, please try to format the SD card or replace it with another SD card
¶ (2) The firmware is damaged, re-flash the motherboard firmware

¶ (3) Belt stretching, check whether the three belts are deformed or stretched. If deformed, replace the belts.
