The touch screen is stuck in the Logo interface and cannot enter the system
¶ Troubleshooting program:
¶ 1. Check whether the spring wire sequence and terminal connection of the motherboard and touch screen are normal, please re-plug to make sure that the terminals are not loose.
¶ 2. Flash the motherboard and touch screen with firmware version 1.4

¶ 3. Remove the top case of the machine under power-off condition, and turn on the machine to check if the motherboard light is on. If the motherboard light is not on, please unplug all the wires of the ports on the motherboard and keep only the 24V power input wire. If the motherboard light is still not on after powering on the machine, it means that it is a motherboard problem. Please contact the after-sales service team to replace the motherboard.
¶ 4. If there is no problem with the above troubleshooting, please use the USB cable to connect the computer and the printer, correctly connected to the computer, enter the "g28" command to try to make the machine's three axes to zero, if the three axes do not move, it means that it is a problem with the motherboard, please contact the after-sales service team to replace the motherboard. If the three axes can move normally, then it is confirmed that it is not a motherboard problem, please contact the after-sales service team to replace the screen kit.
