¶ Prepared items: wire cutters, filament
¶ Operation steps:
¶ (1) Loading filament
Straighten the end of the filament, and use wire cutters to cut the end into a sharp angle. as the picture shows:
Pass the filament through the material tube in the upper shell, pass through the broken material detection, and insert into the extruder
3. Turn on the power of the printer and turn on the boat switch
4. Click "Tools" - "Replace filament"
5. Click the white box, enter the temperature and click "OK", and then preheat (the basis of filament extrusion is that the nozzle is heated to 180 degrees and above, and the temperature requirements of different filament are different, so set according to the corresponding temperature)
6. After preheating to the specified temperature, click "IN" again, and when the extruder starts to work, push down the filament
7. When the filament are extruded, click "STOP" to complete the installation of filament
¶ (2) Replacing consumables or withdrawing filament
- After the machine is preheated to the specified temperature (180 degrees and above), click "OUT" to exit the consumables
- Replace filament: After exiting the filament, reload them normally according to the method of loading filament.
