Used to measure and adjust the distance between the hot bed and the print nozzle to ensure the adhesion and print quality of the printed substrate.
¶ II. When to replace
The hot bed pressure sensor fails or does not work
Frequent miscalibration of the pressure sensor determined by the flsun after-sales service team.
¶ III. Required tools and materials
H1.5 Allen wrench

New hot bed pressure sensor
¶ IV. Replacement steps:
Note: Before starting any disassembly and assembly, make sure the machine is powered off.
¶ 1. Use the H2.0 Allen wrench to remove the screws that fix the outer cover on the right side and remove the side panel.
¶ 2. Use the H1.5 Allen wrench to remove the six screws of the lower cover.
¶ 3. Remove the camera, disconnect the LED connection wire, and move the LED wire away to avoid damaging the wiring harness.
¶ 4. From the side door, gently remove the cover. Note that the main door must be closed, otherwise it will block the cover and cannot be removed.
¶ 5. Use an H2.0 Allen wrench to remove the 6 screws that secure the lower housing and the lower case.
¶ 6. Gently pull the clip upwards to remove the display.
¶ 7. Remove the lower case. Note: The WiFi module is fixed on the lower case. Please remove the WiFi module from the lower case.
¶ 8. Use an H2.5 Allen wrench to remove the screws that secure the pressure sensor support.
¶ 9. Use a No. 7 socket to remove the nut that secures the sensor.
¶ 10. Unplug the terminal corresponding to the sensor and remove the sensor and support.
¶ 11. Use pliers and an H2.5 Allen wrench to remove the pressure sensor from the support.
¶ 12. Install a new pressure sensor.
Note: When installing the cover, align the empty space.
