¶ I. Effector Kit
The effector kit consists of an extruder motor, an extruder, a hot end kit, an effector adapter board adapter, a cooling fan, a hanging platform, and a consumable detection module. It is not only responsible for the precise extrusion and positioning of consumables, but also involves temperature control, consumable management, and the guarantee of printing quality.
¶ II. When to replace
- The effector kit is severely damaged and cannot be disassembled and replaced.
- The Flsun after-sales service team determines the fault that needs to be solved by replacing the effector kit through analysis.

¶ IV. Replacement steps
Note: The disassembly operation needs to be performed when the machine is powered off.
¶ 1. Use the H2.0 Allen wrench in the accessory box to remove the two screws that fix the effector line card and remove the effector line.
¶ 2. Use H1.5 and H2.5 Allen wrenches to loosen the screws that fix the parallel arm, remove the parallel arm and take out the effector.
Note: When removing the effector, do not lose the isolation column.
¶ 3. Install the new effector.

¶ (2) When installing the effector cable, make sure that the effector cable is inserted to the bottom.
