¶ 1. Blower fan
Blower fan: It will rotate briefly before printing and heating to the target temperature to dissipate heat for the effector and prevent material blockage; it will start to rotate after the first layer is printed to dissipate heat for the model so that the model can be cooled and fixed in time.
¶ 2. When to replace
The fan cannot be repaired if it does not rotate or makes abnormal noises;
¶ 3. Required tools and materials
H2.5 Allen wrench
H2.0 Allen wrench
Phillips screwdriver
New blower
¶ 4. Replacement steps:
Note: Before starting any disassembly and assembly, make sure the machine is powered off.
¶ (1). Use the H2.0 Allen wrench to remove the 6 screws that secure the upper housing cover;
¶ (2). Remove the cover;
¶ (3). Use a Phillips screwdriver to loosen the screws connecting the blower air duct and the fan, and remove the PVC plastic rib tube;
¶ (4). Use the H2.5 Allen wrench in the accessory box to remove the 3 screws that secure the blower fan. Be careful not to lose the gasket.
¶ (5). Remove the port on the motherboard, remove the wiring harness and the entire blower fan kit;
¶ (6). Replace the new blower fan.
