¶ I. Heat sink cooling fan
The model is 2510, 12000 rpm, 5V. Its function is to dissipate heat for the heat sink throat to prevent the filament from melting prematurely and causing blockage.

- Abnormal sound
- The fan does not rotate

H2.0 hexagon
H2.5 hexagon wrench
New 2510 cooling fan
¶ IV. Replacement steps
Note: Before replacement, please heat and exit the consumables before disassembly; the disassembly operation needs to be performed when the machine is powered off.
¶ 1. Use the H2.0 hexagon wrench in the accessory box to remove the two screws that fix the effector line card and remove the effector line.
¶ 2. Use the H2.5 wrench to remove the two screws that fix the effector fan cover.
¶ 3. Use the H2.0 hexagon wrench in the accessory box to remove the 6 screws that fix the hot end and extruder.
¶ 4. Carefully remove the silicone sleeve of the plastic rib tube, remove the nozzle, and take out the effector.
¶ 5. Take out the kit and remove the cooling fan fixed on the effector housing.
¶ 6. Remove the screws that fix the fan, remove the fan, and unplug the fan terminal.
¶ 7. Replace the new fan.
¶ 8. During installation, make sure the effector cable is plugged in to the bottom.
