¶ (1) The replacement kit contains:
① Blower: 1 unit;
② Blower driver board: 1;
③ Drive adapter cable: 1, (already connected);
④ Plastic rib tube: 1;
⑤ Plastic rib tube silicone head: 1;
⑥ M3*8 screws: 4.
¶ (2) The parts that need to be 3D printed by yourself are:
① 2 plastic rib tube wire clamps;
② 1 air guide port.

¶ (3)Operation step
Before replacing the blower, please check the upgrade kit materials to ensure that they are complete; then 3D print the required parts, all parts are printed, and proceed to the next step after passing the inspection.
¶ Adjust the printer configuration file:
¶ 1. Connect the printer and mobile terminal to the same local area network.
¶ 2. Enter the printer IP address in the mobile browser and connect to the printer.
¶ 3. Click the "Menu" bar in the upper left corner, open the last item, and open the "printer.cfg" configuration file.
¶ 4. Find the command line where "[fan]" is located (T1 Pro is around line 115), change "cycle_time" from 0.00005 to 0.0001; change "max_power:0.8" to "max_power:0.6", and then add an M106 macro block code (the approximate location of addition is shown in the figure, at the bottom of the [adxl345] module), and finally click "Save and Restart" in the upper right corner:

¶ (4) Disassembly
¶ 1. Unplug the power of the machine, make sure all the indicator lights are off, then remove the 6 fixing screws of the upper shell and take off the upper shell:
¶ 2. Unplug the blower terminal from the main board.
¶ 3. Remove the main cable of the effector, remove the air duct and the silicone head of the plastic rib tube:
¶ 4. Remove the four fixing screws that fix the blower, plastic rib tube and driver board, unplug the blower plug on the main board, and remove the blower from the machine together with the plastic rib tube:
¶ (5) Installation
¶ 1. To install a new blower, you need to install two fixing screws:
¶ 2. Install the driver board in the original blower position. Insert the round hole at one end of the 3D printed fixing plate handle into a screw column of the original blower, and fix the screw hole near the driver board with a screw:
¶ 3. Use the 3D printed plastic rib tube fixing to fix the plastic rib tube at the upper shell, which requires a fastening screw:
The red circle in the figure is the position where the screw needs to be fixed:
Pay attention to the connection line sequence between the blower and the driver board, and check whether it is connected in reverse:
¶ 4. Push the plastic rib tube into the silicone sleeve with force, pay attention to the strength, keep the outer diameter of the tube from deforming, and prevent damage to the plastic rib tube:
¶ 5. Rotate the plastic rib tube silicone sleeve to install it on the effector air inlet, and install the effector main cable:
¶ 6. Card on and hit Printed plastic rib pipe clamps, evenly stuck at two places above and below:
¶ 7. Turn on the machine, turn on the cooling fan (click "Control → Fan → Cooling Fan" in sequence), and make sure that the fan can work normally (no reversal, you can feel it near the nozzle outlet with your hand, be careful not to heat the nozzle to prevent burns):
¶ 8. If everything is normal, install the printed air duct model in the position of the original box fan, you can fix it with glue or tape, slowly close the upper cover, and make sure that the air duct is facing the air inlet position of the blower:
¶ 9.Open the calibration interface and recalibrate the machine.
¶ 10.Open the calibration interface to recalibrate the machine. After the upgrade is complete, please use the T1 Pro configuration in Flsun Slicer to slice and print
