Note: The disassembly operation needs to be carried out when the machine is powered off.
¶ (1). Remove all wiring harnesses on the motor drive.
¶ (2). Use the H2.0 hexagonal wrench in the accessory box to remove the three M3*6 screws that fix the motor drive.
¶ (3). Gently remove the motor drive PCB board. Please note that there are isolation posts under the board. Do not lose it.
¶ (4). Replace the motor driver with a new one, plug all the wiring harnesses into the new driver in turn, and tighten the three screws fixing the driver.
Note: After replacing the closed-loop motor driver, the motor needs to be recalibrated. Before operating the calibrated motor, clear the previous calibration data on the web side before starting the calibration. For details, please refer to "Motor Calibration" in "Introduction and Use of Calibration Functions of S1 Machine".
