¶ 1. XYZ axis belt
The S1 belt model is 2GT-9 synchronous belt, which has steel wire inside to reduce the risk of stretching and deformation. The length of a single belt is 1620mm. There are three belts on the S1 machine.

¶ 4. Belt replacement steps
¶ (1). Remove the four screws that secure the synchronous belt tensioner;
¶ (2). Take out one end of the belt from the pulley;
¶ (3). Tape the two ends of the old and new belts together;
¶ (4). Take out the other end of the old belt from the pulley, slide the belt to make the new belt pass through the motor synchronous wheel, remove the old belt, and fix one end of the new belt to the pulley;
¶ (5). Pass the new belt through the synchronous belt tensioner and secure the synchronous belt tensioner;
Note the spacer under the belt tensioner.
