S1 Pro uses a short nozzle made of hardened steel, which is resistant to high temperatures, up to 350°, and wear-resistant. It is suitable for printing composite consumables such as carbon fiber in addition to conventional consumables.
Hot end cooling: 2515 ordinary fans and heat sinks are used for heat dissipation of the hot end throat to prevent heat from being uploaded and causing the consumables to melt prematurely. The 2515 ordinary fan is 5V, 12000 rpm.
CPAP turbo fan: 23300 rpm, minimum cooling time for a single layer: 1 second. Function: Allow the extruded material to cool quickly so that the model can be cooled and shaped in time, especially for models with overhanging structures.
Silicone hot bed, 5mm aluminum plate, soft magnet, PEI plate, and Z-shaped fixings are used to fix the hot bed. The load-bearing, heat transfer, and adhesion properties are better. The hot bed has two heating areas, which can be heated according to the coordinate position of the model. Heating area: inner circle diameter 220mm, outer ring width 220-320mm.
The stepper motor of S1 Pro adopts closed-loop control, with key technologies such as step verification, step loss prevention, stall detection, and torque control. It has better stability and higher precision, and has high response and high speed. In addition, it can also reduce motor heating.
There are two ways to dry consumables. One is to use a desiccant to dry the environment in the drying box, and the other is to heat and dry the drying box.
Ordinary camera can be used for real-time monitoring and time-lapse photography. When AI inspection is turned on, it can be combined with the camera to realize pasta detection and debris detection. When foreign objects or pasta are detected, printing will be paused and a warning will be issued.
Pasta detection: It can detect the thread balls that appear in the print due to the model not sticking, misalignment or printing overhang
Debris detection: Check the print platform before printing to ensure that there is no debris on the print platform.
S1 Pro uses a wide voltage power supply that can adapt to the voltage range of 110V-230V without manual adjustment of settings
S1 Pro uses a UPS power supply, which can delay power outage. When there is a sudden power outage, the UPS power supply can provide a certain amount of power for the printer to maintain the short-term operation of the machine.

Note: If the power is off for a long time, the model will fall off after the hot bed cools down, and the model will shift when it is resumed. It is recommended that customers who need to use this function apply solid glue to the hot bed in advance to fix the model.
