1. Upper Adapter Board
Connects the mainboard and the lower functional adapter board, enabling signal and power transmission.
2. When to Replace
- The circuit board is damaged
- Determined by the FLSUN after-sales team as a fault with the upper adapter board
3. Required Tools
H1.5 hex wrench
H2.5 hex wrench
New upper adapter board
Precautions
⚠️ Before starting any disassembly or installation, please ensure the machine is powered off.
4. Replacement Steps
(1) Use an H1.5 hex wrench to remove the 6 screws securing the top cover.
(2) Remove the top cover.
(3) Use an H2.0 hex wrench to remove the screws securing the cable cover and take it off.
(4) Unplug the main ribbon cable and Type-C cable.
(5) Use an H2.5 hex wrench to remove the screws securing the upper adapter board.
(6) Unplug the main ribbon cable and Type-C cable.
(7) Install the new upper adapter board.
