1. MOS Module
The power supply uses the MOS module to heat the heated bed and provide power to the lower function adapter board.
2. When to Replace
- The MOS board is damaged
- Failure determined by the Flsun after-sales team to be caused by a faulty MOS board
3. Required Tools and Materials
H2.5 hex wrench
Phillips screwdriver
New MOS module
Precautions
⚠️ Ensure the machine is powered off before performing any replacement.
4. Replacement Steps
(1) Use the H2.5 hex wrench to remove the three screws securing the heated bed.
(2) Disconnect the power cables and heated bed wires from the MOS module.
(3) Gently move the heated bed aside, then use the H2.5 hex wrench to remove the screws securing the MOS module.
(4) Unplug all connectors from the MOS module and remove the old module.
(5) Install the new MOS module and reconnect all cables as originally configured.
