2. When to Replace
- Axis continues moving during homing, causing collision or errors
- Physical damage or loosening of the limit switch, preventing proper triggering
3. Required Tools
H2.0 hex wrench
New limit switch
Precautions
⚠️ Replacement must be performed with the machine powered off.
4. Replacement Steps
(1) Unplug the limit switch cable by holding the connector, not by pulling the wire directly.
(2) Use an H2.0 hex wrench to remove the two screws securing the limit switch.
(3) Install the new limit switch using the original screws, ensuring accurate and secure positioning.
(4) Reconnect the limit switch cable, making sure it is firmly seated.
(5) Power on the machine and test if the limit switch functions correctly.
