⚠️ The nozzle becomes very hot after heating. Use tools to assist with removal and operate carefully.
⚠️ When installing a new nozzle, ensure it is tightened properly and aligned straight to avoid leaks, clogs, or print defects.
5. Replacement Steps
(1) Remove the silicone sock and unload filament
Take off the silicone sock from the nozzle, then heat the nozzle and unload the filament.
(2) Remove the old nozzle
Use the open-end wrench from the accessory kit to unscrew and remove the nozzle.
(3) Install the new nozzle and secure it
Install the new nozzle and tighten it. Use tools to help reinstall the silicone sock, or wait until the nozzle cools before installing it by hand.
(It is recommended to heat the nozzle again and re-tighten after installation to prevent leakage.)
