- Turn off the machine and wait for 3 minutes before powering on again;
- Re-insert the screen cable (refer to the correct installation video) and check if the cable terminal is worn;
- Screen damage;
- Core board failure.
When T1 is leveled, calibrated, or starts printing a model, the blower starts, causing the system to reboot. This phenomenon is a blower failure, and the MOS tube that controls the motor on the blower burns out and causes a short circuit. However, when the mainboard starts the blower to power the blower, the 24V of the switching power supply is pulled down, causing a reboot, and the fan needs to be replaced.
- Disconnection at the moment of extrusion start: extruder drive failure;
- After the extrusion action starts, the extruder motor makes an abnormal noise for about 1 second before disconnection: First, check whether both ends of the effector main cable are plugged in tightly, and then check the extruder motor cable. If there is no problem, it may be a fault with the effector adapter board or the extruder motor.
- Feeding abnormal noise: material blockage or extruder drive failure.
- After clicking home, the axis keeps going up without stopping or is locked: Check whether the red light of the limit switch is always on, and check whether the limit switch light is normally on and off when the axis is manually pushed to the top. If there is any abnormality, check whether the interface terminal of the limit switch is loose or the pins are off. If there is no problem with the wiring, the faulty axis limit switch needs to be replaced.
- After clicking home, the axis moves weakly or abnormally: Check whether the interface terminal of the motor line is loose and the pins are off; if there is no abnormality in the wiring, swap the driver for testing in the power-off state.
- The motor does not stop after the effector returns home, and a jamming sound is emitted, or causes a reboot: This phenomenon is that after the effector returns home, the limit switch board fails, resulting in the inability to detect the effector homing, the motherboard does not stop the motor rotation at this position, the motor is jammed, a jamming sound is emitted, or it causes a reset and reboot. This phenomenon requires checking the limit switch cable or checking if the limit switch is damaged.
- The rear axis makes a loud noise after clicking homing: First, try to determine which axis is making the noise. Then unlock the motor and check whether the belt of the axis that makes the noise is too tight. Slide the parallel arm. If there is obvious resistance, check the resistance factor. If it can slide normally, swap the motor drive to see if it can return to home normally. If it is normal, the motor drive may be damaged.
- Direct disconnected after calibrating home and other actions: Turn on the turbo fan alone to see if the machine reports an error or reboots. If so, the turbo fan is faulty.
If it is version 1.0.2.3, you can try to long press the IP address, click disconnect and it will appear on the right, then click reconnect. Or long press and select delete the forgotten password and then try to connect again. Regarding the wifi module problem, you can test the signal strength by turning on the hotspot connection on your phone. If the signal is poor and only one or two bars, you can disassemble the screen kit to see if there is any abnormality in the wifi antenna welding or interface.
- Check whether the camera type-C cable is inserted in place;
- Reboot the machine, if it still can not be solved, it may be that the USB adapter board is damaged.
- Check whether the light cable is plugged in tightly;
- Check whether the USB function and time-lapse photography function are normal. If they are abnormal, the USB adapter board is damaged.
- The probability of the LED light bar being damaged is low.
- Format the USB flash drive and test again.
- Replace the USB flash drive and test.
- The USB adapter board is damaged.
¶ First restore the factory settings and re-level the printer to see if it can be solved
- Trigger the probe before moving:
It may be that the axis moves too fast, causing the pressure sensor to be triggered. You can reduce the descent speed of the probe during leveling. If it doesn't work, one of the pressure sensors may be faulty;
Reduce the descent speed of the leveling probe.
- The number of single-point samples exceeds the tolerance, and the probe does not trigger after moving completely: one of the pressure sensors is faulty (high probability), and the lower adapter board is faulty.
Null point or non-triggering problems during leveling are caused by the loose sensor plug, stress on the sensor assembly, loose spotting glue fixation of the sensor root lead wire, sensor failure, and lower adapter board failure during the leveling process.
¶ The troubleshooting methods and solutions for each fault symptom are as follows:
① Observe the sockets of the three sensors on the lower adapter board to see if they are properly plugged in. Replug those that are not properly plugged in to ensure that each sensor is properly plugged in place. If the problem is still not solved, perform the following troubleshooting.
② Unplug each sensor one by one (unplug only one at a time and the other two plugged in), and then print to see if the null point or non-trigger problem no longer occurs. If you unplug a sensor, the null point or non-triggering no longer occurs, check the root wire of the sensor to see if the glue is not enough. The shaking wire will cause the root wire and the sensor connection part wire to swing, causing the sensor to jump. Fix it with glue.
③ After fixing with glue, insert the sensor, if there is still a null point or non-trigger problem, loosen the screws fixed the sensor or fixed the sensor bracket, try several times, or disassemble and reinstall. If it is still not resolved, can be judged to the sensor failure, replace the sensor.
The working principle of vibration compensation is that when the motor makes the effector vibrate in different directions and vibration frequencies, the motherboard reads the acceleration sensor data installed on the effector adapter board through the SPI communication interface to obtain compensation data in different directions and vibration frequencies. Vibration compensation failure, vibration compensation does not pass usually because the motherboard cable from the motherboard to the effector is not in good contact. Check whether the cable pins are bent and re-plug them to see if it can be solved. If the cable is fine, the effector adapter board may be damaged.
Symptom: The screen can display the main interface normally, but cannot connect to the motherboard. Boot wizard calibration failed, the temperature display is zero, can not be heated, and the axis does not move.
The reason is that the core board is disconnected from the motherboard or the hardware. Generally, check whether the upper adapter board cable is loose, and then check whether the motherboard and lower adapter board cables are loose.
- Abnormal nozzle heating: If the nozzle temperature display is negative, it indicates that the nozzle temperature sensor is disconnected. Check whether the effector main cable is plugged in tightly, otherwise it may be a failure of the adapter board or the nozzle temperature sensor; if the temperature is displayed normally but it cannot be heated, check whether the effector main cable is plugged in tightly, otherwise it may be a failure of the adapter board or the heater.
- The hot bed does not heat up: If the hot bed temperature display is normal, check whether the wires on the MOS board are plugged in tightly. If other functions of the machine are normal, the hot bed heating parts are damaged and the hot bed kit needs to be replaced.
- When printing high-temperature filaments such as ABS, the nozzle or hot bed temperature may not rise, or may disconnect after a certain temperature rise, or may disconnect after the printing action starts: reduce the hot bed temperature to less than 100 degrees.
Printing interrupted, the temperature displayed is 0: It may be that the memory is full, you can clean up the memory and delete some model files.
