- Insert the USB drive first.
- Then tap “Information.”
- Select “Export Log.”
- Wait while the logs are being compressed and exported...
- When “Export successful” appears, tap “Confirm.”
- Remove the USB drive and send the exported logs to the engineer for analysis.
