¶ 3.Login and Registration
Registration methods:
• Email
• Third-party Google email, Apple ID login
¶ 4. Adding Devices
Log in and register successfully, Click the APP's [Add Device] button, Select the device, scan the QR code on the printer, the QR code is in the [Settings - Account] page.
¶ Precautions
The printer network is normal, and the region is correctly selected, but the binding is not successful, prompting “Turn on the network switch to connect the printer to the network”.
Method settle an issue:
- Please send the device ID back to the after-sales staff.
- After waiting for the official after-sales reply, restart the printer and connect the printer to a network with a strong signal, then try to rebind the printer using the APP.

Support for selecting and printing local files and files from a USB drive.
Scenario: Select a device to print from a file
¶ Method 3: Print Files
My Page - Click Print Files - Upload Gcode - After uploading - Click Print - Select Device - Print Preparation.
- Print Files: Only files with model information support printing. Files without model information will prompt to add information after which they can be printed.
- Select Device: Select the device currently bound by the user, only idle devices are available for selection;

¶ Step 1: Select Self-inspection Items
Self-check items vary depending on the model.
Only single selection is supported.
¶ Step 2: Confirm and Start Self-inspection
Display the progress of the self-inspection.
During the self-inspection, the temperature is disabled and no other operations can be initiated.
¶ Step 3: Self-inspection Complete
Prompt for successful or failed self-inspection.
¶ 10. Firmware Update
During the update, you can switch devices but cannot operate the printer.

● Support for users to provide feedback on software and hardware issues and suggestions at any time.

Upload device logs, only supports uploading device logs in idle state.
