- Check the Build Platform: Before starting, make sure the surface of the build plate is clean, dust-free, and oil-free to ensure good first-layer adhesion.
- Load the Filament Spool: Mount the filament spool onto the holder on the printer. Make sure it rotates smoothly and feeds in the correct direction.
- Cut the Filament: Use diagonal pliers to cut the filament tip at a 45° angle to help it feed smoothly into the tube.
- Insert the Filament: Insert the filament into the feeding tube from the top and push it down into the extruder until it can’t go any further.
- Extrude Filament: On the screen interface, tap “Extrude.” The system will automatically heat the nozzle and begin extruding filament.
- Select Model: Tap “Local Models” and choose a print file.
- Start Printing: Tap “Start Print” to begin the printing process.
- Adjust First Layer: During the printing of the first layer, you can adjust the nozzle height according to the print condition.
