The FLSUN T1 Pro is already equipped with a built-in noise reduction kit that provides noticeable sound reduction.This guide introduces an enhanced physical noise reduction solution targeting fan and airflow noise, helping you achieve a quieter printing environment.

¶ 4. Modification Steps
- Remove the effector housing and the airflow duct.
- Remove the original cable routing clip.
- Install the new cable routing clip. When installing, leave approximately 2 cm of slack in the ribbon cable.
- Install the vent hole blocker onto the effector shell. It is recommended to use a sealing adhesive such as 704 silicone rubber.
- Attach the small duct piece to the main airflow duct
- Install the effector housing and the new airflow duct.
- Connect the ribbon cable, ensuring it is seated properly before securing it with the clip.
- Remove the screws securing the top cover and the blower.
- Clean the air inlet to ensure it is free of debris.
- Remove the blower.
- Install the blower into the noise reduction enclosure. If the screw holes do not align, slightly rotate the blower base to adjust.
- Align and assemble the two halves of the noise reduction enclosure.
- Place the assembled noise reduction enclosure onto the top cover. It can be temporarily fixed using removable fasteners or adhesive. Permanent fixing is not recommended to avoid impacting future maintenance.
