¶ Troubleshooting steps:
¶ 1. Lay the machine flat in a power-off state, disassemble the lower case of the machine, and turn on the machine to check whether the power light is on. If it does not light up, it means the power supply is the problem, please contact the after-sales service team to replace the power supply with a new one.
¶ 2. Disassemble the upper case of the machine under power-off condition, turn on the machine to check whether the motherboard light is on. If the motherboard light is not on, unplug the wires of all ports on the motherboard, and keep only the wire of 24V power input, if the motherboard light is still not on after powering on the machine, it means that it is the problem of the motherboard. Please contact the after-sales service team to replace the motherboard with a new one.
¶ 3. If there is no problem in the above troubleshooting, please unplug all the wires except the 24V input power line and the screen line (including the 4 drivers) under the state of power failure, then turn on the machine, if the touch screen can light up normally, it means that it is caused by the short circuit of the parts on the motherboard. Please plug the other lines on the motherboard in turn, and turn on the computer to see if the screen will light up, to find out which part on the motherboard causes a short circuit on the motherboard.
