¶ 1. Layer shift
¶ Phenomenon:
¶ (1) Check whether the white lining at the connection between the two ends of the parallel arm and the spring and the white lining at the connection with the ball head are missing or falling off. If it falls off, you can use glue to fix it again. If it is lost, you can contact the after-sales email: service@flsund3d.com to reissue and connect the arm (within the warranty period)
¶ 2. Check whether the tightness of the three belts is consistent and whether the belts are stretched or deformed.

¶ (3) Manually slide the slider, if there is obvious resistance, you can use grease to fully lubricate the contact between the line rail and the slider.
¶ (4) Check the driver status (refer to the user manual). If there is no problem with the driver, you can continue to troubleshoot
¶ (5) Click "Home" and then slide the parallel arm to check whether the motor is locked normally. If the light pull is different from other axes, it is a motor problem, and you need to contact the after-sales mailbox to solve it.
¶ (6) Print the Gcode of the test model to check whether the fault layer phenomenon still exists. The test model download link:

¶ Cooling problem
¶ Phenomenon:
¶ (1) To check whether the turbo fan can rotate normally, click Set→Fan→Full speede on the touch screen.
If the fan cannot rotate normally, it is determined to be a fan problem. If the fan can rotate normally, continue to check.
¶ (2) Properly reduce the printing speed in the slicing software

¶ Troubleshooting methods：
¶ (1) Check whether the surface of the filament is wet. If it is wet, use a dryer to dry the fliament or replace it with a new one.
¶ (2) Check whether the nozzle is worn. If there is wear, it will also cause wire drawing. Please replace it with a new nozzle (as shown in the figure below)
¶ (3) Check whether the material tube is loose and whether the material tube is inserted to the end. You can take off the black buckle and pull out the entire material tube to check. If the bottom of the material tube is worn, you need to trim the worn part of the material tube before Insert it correctly.
¶ (4) Increase the retraction distance and retraction speed in the slicing software (default retraction distance: 6.5mm, retraction speed: 40mm/s). Please increase the retraction distance by 1-2mm and increase the retraction speed 5-10mm/s
