1. XYZ Axis Belts
The T1 uses 2GT-9 belts, each 1345mm in length. There are three belts installed on the machine.
2. When to Adjust
- If the printer is used frequently, it is recommended to check and adjust belt tension every 15 days.
- If the printer is used occasionally, adjust the tension when you notice changes in print quality.
3. Required Tool
- H3.0 hex wrench
4. Adjustment Steps
(1) Loosen the two tensioning screws (about 2–3 turns per screw).
(2) Hold the parallel arm and slowly slide it up and down twice to allow the belt to self-adjust.
(3) Re-tighten the two screws to lock the current tension.
(4) After adjustment, perform platform leveling and vibration compensation calibration again.
